Prices

All prices on underflod.shop are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT and taxes. We reserve the right for typographical errors, price changes, and sold-out items.

Payment

You can pay with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Anyday. The amount will only be debited when your order has been dispatched.
When paying via Anyday, the payment is automatically divided into monthly installments without interest or fees – as long as payment is made on time.

All payments are handled securely via Shopify Payments, and your information is encrypted with SSL.

Delivery

Underflod ApS dispatches goods with the following:

Pick-up, GLS - Private, GLS - Parcel shop
The delivery time for your order is 2-5 business days.

Some items have a longer delivery time, which is stated on the product's landing page. You will receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home. If it is not possible to deliver to the selected pick-up point, the package will automatically be redirected to the nearest parcel shop.

Delivery outside the EU – customs and VAT

For orders with delivery to countries outside the EU (e.g., Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom), please note that local import duties, customs, and/or VAT may apply upon receipt of the package.

These costs are not included in our prices and are solely the responsibility of the recipient. Payment is typically collected by the carrier upon delivery or by the local customs authorities.

We recommend that you, as a customer, familiarize yourself with the applicable regulations in your country before placing your order.

Shipping prices in Denmark

Shipping is calculated based on weight. In cases of shipments with overweight and furniture transport, an additional fee will be added to your order.

Below you will find our shipping prices:

• To parcel shop: 49 DKK (Orders under 495 DKK)
• Free delivery to parcel shop (Orders over 495 DKK)
• Home delivery: 69 DKK
  
• Large parcel order: 399 DKK
• Furniture transport including carry-in service: 999 DKK
  

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day full right of return from the day you receive the item.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must send us an email at contact@underflod.com within 14 days of receipt and return the item no later than 14 days thereafter.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The amount will be refunded within 14 days after we have received the returned item.

Price difference after offer

If you have purchased an item from us that subsequently goes on sale, you can request to receive the difference back as a gift card for the webshop. The item must have been purchased no more than 30 days before the offer began. In this case, we offer to pay out the difference between the price paid and the offer price as a gift card.

Right to claim

You have a 2-year right to claim in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. The claim covers defects and deficiencies that are not due to incorrect use of the product.
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@underflod.com if you experience an error. We cover reasonable shipping costs for justified claims.

Refund

If you are entitled to a refund, the amount will be transferred to your account within a few days of approval. Please note that the refund can take up to 10 business days.
