BALU_03 is a small side table in brushed aluminum, combining minimalist design with practical storage. The table stands out as a modern take on a side table, bedside table, and nightstand – perfect for those who want a functional piece of furniture with a raw and sculptural expression.

The table's square shape with soft, organic edges provides a calm and modern look, while the brushed aluminum surface and visible joints add an industrial and exclusive touch. Aluminum is both lightweight and durable and will, over time, develop a beautiful patina, giving the table character and a subtle steel-like appearance.

BALU_03 is equipped with an integrated shelf under the tabletop, where you can store remote controls, chargers, books, or magazines – perfect for keeping the surface tidy and minimalist. The shelf extends down one leg, creating a vertical section that provides space for design books, records, or other items you wish to display.

This well-thought-out solution allows the table to function both as a practical side table with storage in the living room and as a modern nightstand by the bed. In the hallway, it can be used as a compact console table for small items you want to keep close at hand.

3mm brushed aluminium. Assembled with visible screws on the side and base.

For daily maintenance, the table can be easily wiped with a damp cloth. If you wish to refresh the surface and give it a consistent, beautiful finish, you can use a stainless steel cleaner suitable for aluminium.
Apply a thin layer with a soft, lint-free cloth and polish in the same direction as the surface texture.

As aluminium is a relatively soft material, minor scratches and signs of wear will appear over time – this is a natural part of the table's patination and aesthetics. If you wish to reduce the visibility of these, you can use a fine abrasive sponge for aluminium. Lightly and evenly sand in the same direction as the aluminium's brushing. We recommend testing on a less visible area first.

Designfilosofi

Produceret i Danmark
