How do I return my order?
You have a 14-day full right of return from the day you receive the item. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must send us an email at contact@underflod.com within 14 days of receipt and return the item no later than 14 days thereafter.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received.

Can I see the products in your store?
We have certain products on display in our store in Odense C. However, this is far from all products. We recommend contacting customer service before visiting if you want to be sure that the product you want is displayed in the store.
Will my TV fit the TV stands?
The TV stands support VESA 200, 300 and 400. It is recommended to mount a TV between 40-65 inches for most TV stands. You can read the precise recommendations under each product.
