What information we collect

We only collect personal data necessary to:

Process and deliver your order
Send order confirmations and delivery information
Send newsletters (only with consent)
Handle inquiries, complaints, and support

The information we collect:
Name, address, email, phone number, payment information, and IP address.

Legal basis and purpose of processing

Your information is processed because it is necessary to fulfill the agreement you enter into with us when you shop at underflod.shop. With your consent (e.g., for newsletters), you can withdraw your consent at any time.

The information is stored for the period permitted by law, and we delete it when it is no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for its storage.

Disclosure of information

We never sell or disclose your personal data. Your information is only disclosed when necessary to provide our service, including to trusted partners who handle payments (Shopify Payments, Klarna, and MobilePay), the operation of our webshop (Simply.com), and the delivery of your goods (GLS). We also use Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for statistics and targeted marketing.

Some of these partners are located outside the EU/EEA. In such cases, the transfer only takes place based on adequate safeguards, for example, through the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). We have data processing agreements with all our partners.
