Our Mission
We exclusively design and produce products from recycled and/or upcycled materials, which are manufactured locally in Denmark in social economic workshops. Our vision is to transform as much residual material as possible into useful design.
Underflod's ambition extends beyond the individual product. The mission is to influence the entire furniture and interior design industry in a more responsible and circular direction. As a brand house, Underflod leads the way with this ambition and allows it to shape the house's brands over time.

How do I return my order?
You have a 14-day full right of return from the day you receive the item. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must send us an email at contact@underflod.com within 14 days of receipt and return the item no later than 14 days thereafter.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The amount will be refunded within 14 days after we have received the returned item.
Can I see the products in your store?
Yes, most products are exhibited in our store in Odense C. However, there are a few exceptions of individual models or colors that are not on display. We recommend contacting customer service before a visit if you want to be sure that the product you are interested in is exhibited in the store.
Is my TV compatible with the TV stands?
The TV stands support VESA 200, 300, and 400. It is recommended to mount a TV between 40-65 inches on most TV stands. You can read the precise recommendations under each product.
Which products are Underflod's own?
All our own products can be found under the category "underflod". All Underflod products are made from recycled and/or upcycled materials, to minimize material consumption in the industry.
What is your delivery time?
We always strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, typically within 2-5 business days. As we stock other brands, products that are not our own may, in some cases, take longer to deliver. Please contact customer service for inquiries about the delivery time of other brands.
