Unique washi paper pendants with a Japanese design
This pendant lamp from Motarasu, TAMA, is a new interpretation of the classic round paper lantern. The design highlights an equilateral octagon, which is achieved solely through heat treatment – and without the use of wire or wire frame.
The name "Tama" means jewel in Japanese, and the lamp originates from Mito, an area known for its tradition of paper lanterns. The surface is treated with a special technology that makes the lamp water and dirt-repellent, and the frame is made of PET resin – a more environmentally friendly choice that replaces traditional materials such as bamboo or metal. This unique choice allows light to penetrate the frame, creating a minimalist silhouette.

How do I return?
If you regret your purchase or wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and all packaging and any additional accessories must be included. Please address the package to Underflod ApS and send it to our address: Brandts Passage 31E, 5000 Odense C (please choose delivery to the nearest parcel shop if possible).
