Product Description
We always collaborate with social economic workshops when producing our products. The Underflods Njord tote bag was also developed in cooperation with citizens from psychiatry, who contributed with their skilled craftsmanship.
The tote bag is made from residual waste from Danish carpet production, which results in assorted colors. Therefore, we cannot know the exact colors of each bag in advance. This way, we give new life to textiles that would otherwise have been discarded – for example, due to small color imperfections or because the fabric was not enough for a whole carpet.
The tote bag has a long strap, so it can easily be carried over the shoulder, and there is plenty of room for your daily groceries, gym clothes, or whatever else you need to carry on the go.

The Story of the Njord Tote Bag
We always collaborate with social economic workshops in the production of our products. The Underflods Njord tote bag was developed in close collaboration with psychiatric patients, who contributed their skilled craftsmanship and helped create a functional and responsible design.
The tote bag is made from residual materials from Danish carpet production, which arise in connection with assorted colours. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the exact colours of each individual tote bag in advance. In this way, we give new life to textiles that would otherwise have been discarded – for example, due to minor colour variations or because there wasn't enough material for a whole carpet.
The Njord tote bag has a long strap, so it can be easily carried over the shoulder, and its spacious size makes it ideal for daily shopping, gym clothes, or other things you need to take with you on the go.
Our design process starts with taking leftover materials that are no longer used for their original purpose. Our task is to analyze the material's potential and explore how it can be transformed into a functional and value-creating product for our customers. This process takes place in collaboration with social workshops, where both the properties of the material and the skills of the employees at the social economic workshops are incorporated. The goal is to optimize the utilization of materials and promote human resources, creating added value on multiple levels.

How do I return?
If you regret your purchase or wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and all packaging and any additional accessories must be included. Please address the package to Underflod ApS and send it to our address: Brandts Passage 31E, 5000 Odense C (preferably choose delivery to the nearest parcel shop).

What is your delivery time?
For the vast majority of items, delivery is within 2-5 business days. For some items, delivery times may vary. This applies to items that are only produced once an order is placed, which is done to minimize overproduction.
What do I do if I receive a defective item?

What products are made from recycled materials?
All of Underflod's own products are made from recycled materials. In addition, there are products from other brands that are also made from recycled materials. This will be stated in the material description on the product.
